Are you due for a checkup? Musicians are 57% more likely to have tinnitus than the general public and should get their hearing tested at least once a year.

From high school to NFL football stadiums, the volume is turned up to LOUD. The crowd at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City broke the record at 142.2 decibels. This is as loud as an airport runway and isn't safe for any amount of time. The right move is to protect your hearing and wear ear plugs.
